The Bolt Fund was set up to help fund the cost of the replacement of protection bolts and lower offs throughout Cumbria and surrounding areas.

Many of the bolts in Cumbria crags were place up to twenty years ago or more and are now in a dangerous state and in need of replacement.  Some have been replaced however there are many still to be replaced.
