Donation by the Lakeland Climbing Foundation

Writer's picture: Cumbria Bolt FundCumbria Bolt Fund

We are most grateful to the Lakeland Climbing Foundation which has donated towards the bolting and rebolting of crags in the Lake District – in particular Scout Scar where a number of easier sports routes are to be created for inclusion in the forthcoming Lakes Sports and Slate guide

The Lakeland Climbing Foundation is the charitable fund of the The Lakeland Climbing Centre, in Kendal. The Foundation’s purpose is to make climbing more accessible, especially to the young, disabled or those who otherwise would struggle to get involved. It is funded by the Climbing Centre but always open to donations from elsewhere.
